The inventory clerk’s primary role is to provide support within the Supply Chain Team. This includes receiving raw materials & processing RMA’s, updating inventory, kitting of jobs, and cycle counting.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving of raw material
Receiving of RMA service products
ERP data entry of OEM serial number data and bin # storage location
Fill shortages and advising coordinator to issue parts to effected jobs
Kitting jobs to meet the production & service schedule, delivering kits to assigned production staff and retrieving empty kitting boxes and kan-ban bins
Managing inventory to keep primary inventory bins filled
Performing cycle counting as scheduled by the ERP system and reporting and reviewing results with purchasing manager
Leading annual physical inventory count and acting as subject matter expert
Maintaining the inventory area in an organized and tidy fashion, keeping the passages clear of boxes and ensuring there are no tripping or other safety hazards
Assisting with special projects and admin tasks as required to meet the quarterly plans
Provide logistics support: shipping and packing activities during peak periods

Requirements
Completion of high school grade 12 or equivalent, with work experience in a similar industry
Demonstrated track record of performing receiving tasks
Demonstrated track record of performing diligent and accurate work
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated computer knowledge and a good understanding of computer system operation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
Good manual dexterity
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of training on ISO9001 based Quality Management Systems is desirable
Experience within the manufacturing industry is desirable
Forklift operator certification
Additional Information:
Must be eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.
Canadian Compensation Range: A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 CAD per year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. AEM considers a wide range of factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education, licensure and certifications, key skills as well as other market and business considerations when extending an offer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
