We are looking for an up-and-coming Digital Marketing Associate to join a
fast-growing team that is working on some internet’s leading websites doing A-Z
digital marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Create promotional strategies to meet product sales targets and KPIs.
- Execute display advertising tactics: keyword research, ad creation, campaign
performance tracking, and audience/placement analysis.
- Evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness; analyze traffic sources and
metrics to create test cases for revenue generation (PC/Mobile).
- Use A/B testing and optimization tools to drive revenue;
- Recommend and help develop new landing pages and optimize current ones.
- Enter and update project decks and requirements to request work from the
Design and Integration teams; track project progress
- Work with other teams to ensure a 360° promotion plan is applied across all
traffic sources.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of campaign requirements, tests, and
results.
- Monitor changes and benchmark against online competitors.
- Establish a continuous improvement process for our brand and campaigns.
- Design, direct, and monitor solutions to acquire and retain users.
- Report daily and/or monthly metrics and overall sales.
- Monitor traffic, keyword rankings, search engine deployments, and general SEO
performance.
- Conceptualize new SEO-centric ideas and work with Product Managers and
Monetization Specialists to execute them.
- Conduct QA on all marketing assets and landing pages before launch.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of professional corporate experience
- Analytical Mindset
- Digital Marketing experience
- Good organizational skills
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Nice to haves:
- Copywriting Experience
- Knowledge of the adult industry
- Educational background in Statistics or Math
