The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (6–8+ years experience) to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a pragmatic environment—able to reduce scope intelligently, guide junior developers, and deliver efficient, maintainable solutions that provide value quickly. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate with engineers and Product Owners to translate requirements into efficient, maintainable implementations. Deliver high-quality code with strong testing, reliability, and documentation. Work within existing architectures while contributing to their evolution. Document and communicate your work for smooth deployment, knowledge sharing, and ongoing maintenance. Participate in code reviews, demos, sprint reviews, and technical discussions to ensure alignment and quality. Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and guiding implementation. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce scope, streamline development, and deliver user value faster. What We’re Looking For: 6–8+ years of full stack development experience with production-grade systems. Strong hands-on skills with Angular (preferred)/React, Node.js, CSS, REST/GraphQL APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL. Proven expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and serverless architectures. Ability to mentor junior engineers and set technical direction within projects. Skilled at simplifying complexity, identifying trade-offs, and delivering pragmatic solutions. Experience working within and around established backend architectures. Pragmatic mindset with a focus on performance, maintainability, and readability. Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English. Bonus: familiarity with Ruby, Rails, or GoLang.
