The Mopar Parts & Services Supply Chain Engineering Manager (Canada) is
responsible for assuming program management and business process responsibility.
The responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of
Mopar operational strategies and processes within Canada, and consistent with
key organizational goals and metrics. Responsibilities also include dealer
development, wholesale channel development and new ideas to sell Mopar Parts,
Bpro, B Parts and Circular Economy.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the primary liaison between Mopar Parts and Service and the
dealerships to develop new opportunities to grow parts sales
- Identify new business opportunities to improve order to delivery lead time to
dealerships
- Develop strategies to expand and grow Mopar sales channels
- Conduct regular meetings with business center to gather insights and address
concerns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Data analytics to identify opportunities for Excess and Obsolescence parts to
new retailers
- Analyze program data to assess outcomes, identify trends, and recommend
improvements tailored to each region’s unique needs
- Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and areas needing enhancement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
based on data insights

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in areas such as
Supply Chain, Sales business, Marketing, or similar discipline
- Ecommerce experience
- Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Part and
Service Sales
- Proven problem solving and analytics skills
- Capability to review, understand and analyze data from a business analytics
standpoint
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take ownership of programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced presenter and public speaker
- Advanced user of Microsoft or Google business tools including advanced Excel
skills, and PowerPoint experience
- Understanding of Dealership Operations
- Bi-lingual (French / French Canadian)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
