Purpose:
Reporting to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this role will
provide support with Terms and Condition contract reviews, insurance
requirements, risk analysis and customer Master Supply Agreements.

Requirements:

Reviews and provides analysis of contract terms and conditions related to
bids, supply agreements, and pricing;

Reviews in detail New Supplier contracts
-
Advises on risk associated with contracts, makes recommendations to resolve
issues

Correspond with internal stakeholders and external customers;
-
Administer our contract management system and related contract workflows;
-
Assist with corporate governance documentation and records for all lines of
business;

Participate in project work such as strategy-related projects,
process-improvement projects, and support for major business developments;

Perform office administrative functions as required
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Formal legal assistant or Paralegal education or Degree/Diploma in Business,
Administration, or equivalent experience considered an asset.
- 2-3 years prior equivalent experience considered an asset.
- Multi-provincial legal knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional English Language writing and grammar skills.
- French language is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- On-site position, Monday to Friday
- Sitting for long periods of time during workday
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
