Inspire Greatness POSITION SUMMARY As a Sales Manager at HomeEquity Bank, you will act as both a talent multiplier and business leader. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Mortgage Specialists, coaching and developing, while driving operational excellence through business planning, pipeline and forecast management, and continuous performance improvement. This is a highly visible role where you will inspire, motivate and challenge your team to deliver revenue results that directly impact the success of our Consumer Channel. MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE Key accountabilities of this position include: Be a talent multiplier: Recruit, hire, onboard and develop a diverse team of Mortgage Specialists. Provide ongoing coaching, structured feedback and growth opportunities that enable everyone to exceed targets. Lead with motivation: Inspire your team with data-driven coaching, creative incentives and recognition. Build a culture of accountability, curiosity and development. Drive business performance: Execute sales strategy to generate high-quality pipeline and revenue while achieving individual, team and organizational quotas. Ensure operational excellence: Build, refine and optimize processes to improve efficiency, productivity and impact. Problem-solve and strategize: Analyze performance data to spot trends, gaps and opportunities. Quickly implement plans to address them. Manage pipeline and forecasting: Track and report team performance, accurately forecast revenue and lead weekly forecast meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Operations, Marketing, Strategy and other Sales Leaders to align on priorities, campaign follow-up and market execution. Build a winning culture: Foster inclusivity, collaboration and unity, enabling your team to thrive as trusted advisors to our customers. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience carrying individual quota (inside sales or business development preferred). Strong track record of delivering on pipeline and revenue goals. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Strategy. Post-secondary education preferred. Attributes Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing, diverse teams. Proven coaching skills, with a passion for developing teammates.
