This includes managing SDLC compliance, quality assurance, audit readiness, and coordination of release activities. The role ensures that all releases—monthly, weekly, and emergency—adhere to defined standards and controls, while supporting continuous improvement and cost optimization. How you will do it: Release Governance & SDLC Compliance Conduct SDLC artifact compliance checks for all releases, including emergency deployments. Manage the artifact inspection process, ensuring timely approvals in tracking tools and systems. Coordinate with inspection approval groups, release managers, and change management teams. Monitor inspection workflows and drive closure of inspection-related issues. Work on defining the SLDC process using SAP CHaRM and Solution Documentation Enhance the SDLC process and communicate across IT Teams Quality Assurance & Gating Perform quality gating and generate scorecards based on defined criteria. Communicate quality gate results to stakeholders and escalate non-compliance as needed. Audit & Controls Execute monthly SOX coverage reviews to ensure compliance with internal control frameworks. Review FFID usage to validate appropriate access and activity. Respond to adhoc audit requests, providing documentation and analysis as required. Co-ordinate with Internal Auditors and External Auditors to ensure Auditing cycles are adhered and audit findings are remediated Access and Account Management Monitor default, generic, and shared accounts for compliance Review privileged access and critical transactions in SAP Validate batch job and interface processes Conduct annual user access reviews and remediate findings Ensure timely removal of terminated users and inactive accounts Perform SoD checks and validate dialog account validity dates Admin and Developer Access Control Restrict super user access for system and security administrators Monitor developer access to ensure no production deployment rights Track code changes in test/QA environments What we look for: Required Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP release management, SDLC governance, or IT compliance. Strong understanding of SAP landscape, BTP services, and audit frameworks (e.g., SOX). Proficiency in SDLC tools, artifact tracking systems, and inspection workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience working in US CST hours and supporting global teams HIRING SALARY RANGE: $87,000 - $109,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
