About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on UI Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys ownership, and can bring creative design solutions to a fast-paced B2B SaaS product.
What You’ll Do
Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS products
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring designs to life
Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant design solutions
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries
Contribute ideas proactively to improve user experience and product performance
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of UI design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to design for startup or high-growth environments
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on UI design work across multiple products/projects
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site with our team
Bonus points for experience in the dental industry or AI-driven products
