Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives—even in challenging environments? We're looking for someone to provide meaningful social and rehabilitation services to individuals in custody. This role is all about helping people grow and change, even in tough circumstances.
The Case Specialist assesses and analyzes offenders to determines the need for program participation. They lead groups to deliver effective, evidence-based programs designed to make a real difference in people's lives.
Monitor progress, revise case plans, and help set realistic goals for each individual.
Keep records up to date and work closely with other staff to share important information about treatment and progress.
Support and motivate individuals to engage in programs that are designed to reduce recidivism and support rehabilitation
QUALIFICATIONS
The knowledge, skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Psychology, Education, Social Science, Addiction Counseling or a related field.
2 years of job-related experience.
Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
