The Role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the organization’s brand presence across digital channels. This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing digital platforms, developing engaging content, and executing marketing campaigns that support client engagement and sales enablement. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all digital touchpoints.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead by example in representing our brand values across all digital platforms, fostering trust and engagement through exceptional client experience and communication.
Build and nurture strong relationships by delivering timely, ad relevant, and value-driven digital content that supports their needs and enhances their understanding of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
Develop and execute engaging content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Maintain and enhance digital marketing assets including the company website, Google Business profile, and client-facing service platforms—ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
Design and execute dynamic, audience-focused marketing campaigns and digital experiences that drive engagement and reinforce brand positioning.
Collaborate with the sales team to support proposal and presentation development
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to uncover insights, optimize campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategy.
Champion brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone align with our identity and values.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
1-2 years proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or social media management (Financial services or insurance experience an asset)
Familiar with digital media management platforms and email marketing (Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Pathways)
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with website CMS platforms, Google Business tools, and digital ad platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Advanced in MS Office Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
