Role Summary:
The Reception & Customer Service Agent is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet persons entering organization and direct them to correct destination
Deal with general inquiries from the public & customers
Respond to all phone calls, forwarding as needed, and respond to voicemails
Book tickets for walk in customers and provide Reservations Support
Book company business travel, hotel, transportation, and apartment arrangements
Check, respond and book to all requests for boardrooms, vehicles and apartments
Must haves:
Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada
Nice to haves:
Previous Call Centre experience
Second language is an asset
