Work Flexibility: Hybrid Under the guidance of the Business Unit Manager, the Field Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing sales, marketing, and educational programs focused on the Neurovascular (NV) product portfolio. This individual will take ownership of the NV portfolio, focusing on market analysis, business unit operations, driving sales force education, and providing in-field sales support. This position is Hybrid in Waterdown, Canada. The preferred candidate will be in office on a hybrid work schedule. What you will do: In partnership with Business Unit Manager develop and implement marketing business plan tailored to the Canadian market. Continually evaluate marketing plans and programs to ensure focus and direction are delivering results in line with Sales growth commitments Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic initiatives that support new product launches, marketing promotions, medical education programs or other initiatives Coordinate and assist in the creation of promotional materials and digital content tailored to the Canadian market. Support the sales team in field by participating in workshops, hands-on product training, congresses and presentations. Collaborate with North America marketing to provide the necessary marketing materials, presentations, and training to support in-person and virtual customer interactions. Assist with trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase the company’s products and strengthen customer relationships. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of local industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Contribute to planning and coordinating internal events, ensuring smooth proceedings. Order management including orders of cabinets, incentives, kits, demo products and brochure management. Provide market analysis on competitors and local trends in assigned segments to determine current market penetration and strategies for accelerated growth Coordinate with internal teams such as regulatory, legal, and supply chain to ensure marketing activities comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to enhance brand awareness and credibility. Organize and support Key opinion leader events, such as seminars and workshops. Serve as lead NV product marketing professional within the Canadian landscape Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans of various products and customer bases. Create additional sales training tools and resources to assist in continued understanding of business unit product offering Monitor and manage inventory levels of neurovascular devices, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and demand trends Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
