Position Overview
We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Service Technician in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the National Director, Operations, this role is 100% field-based and focused on small exterior repairs, deficiency reviews, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deficiency reviews with clients near the end of projects.
- Collaborate with project coordinators, installation managers and clients to address claim concerns.
- Assist clients with color selection and review of claim repair scopes.
- Perform site material matches to verify consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct siding validation tests and coordinate with suppliers for correct materials.
- Complete small roof, siding, and soft metal repairs.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Experience, Traits and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing roofing and siding.
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, and soft metals.
- Comfortable working at heights; valid fall protection certificate required.
- Customer-focused team player with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems.
- Experience with XactAnalysis and/or CRM systems is an asset.
