We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard, including evenings and weekends, and who can take no for an answer from customers. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
Canvasser Key Responsibilities:
Work close with the owner to canvass specific neighbourhoods over a specific time-frame
Outgoing individual, great communicator and great ability talking to people at the door
Work well alone, with potential growth to lead a canvassing team down the line
Create and work on a pitch with the owner, to maximize appointment leads
Follow our policies and protocols with customers and staff
Introduce the company to potential customers and sell the value of the company
Coordinate appointment times and communicate with staff to set the appointments
Ability to walk for multiple hours a day outside
Be able to engage with the community and push our local business feel to them
Be open to being told no and moving on to the next door with a fresh attitude
Pay: We will be paying you $100 per appointment booked successfully, or $20 per hour worked, whichever one exceeds the other per pay period. (We offer free quotes/appointments for customers)
