What You’ll Do
Lead by example on safety, upholding high standards and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations.
Supervise and support the maintenance crew, setting direction, managing performance and leading team meetings to keep everyone aligned and engaged.
Oversee maintenance planning and execution, driving equipment reliability and minimizing downtime to keep the sawmill, planer mill and kilns running efficiently.
What You Offer
Fluent in French, with strong spoken and comprehension skills to effectively communicate with your Francophone team.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising industrial maintenance teams
A strong leader with a safety-first mindset, skilled in communication and teamwork, detail and results oriented, and able to stay organized and effective under pressure and deadlines.
