Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, located in Wilkie, SK. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service, managing a team of service technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and monitoring service quality. The role also involves maintaining inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other departments to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
Experience in managing and leading a team
Knowledge of automotive and recreational vehicle repair and maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to coordinate schedules and manage inventory
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with service management software and tools
A background in automotive or recreational vehicle industries is a plus

Revenue targets achieved (and exceeded!)
Expense management on point
High employee retention
Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index
Who We’re Looking For
Proven service management experience (any motorized vehicle—land or water).
Strong financial acumen (more than just a calculator!).
Passion for inspiring a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Hands-on mechanical experience is a bonus.
Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License required.
