Paper Leaf is an award-winning digital product design firm located in Edmonton, AB. We design, develop, and consult on innovative custom web applications, mobile applications, and websites – and we are looking to add a full-time Digital Project Manager to join our team. Position
As a Digital Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering projects successfully and ensuring client satisfaction. To your team, you are the champion of the client and the user – you understand the client's business and competitors, their needs and concerns, their product goals, and the path to achieving them. To the client, you represent your team's capabilities and priorities, bridging expectations with execution. 
Your responsibilities include: 
Defining project requirements, roles, and resources
Understanding client and user needs, setting goals, and aligning expectations
Developing project strategies, implementation plans, and roadmaps
Reviewing deliverables for quality and strategic alignment
Managing project tasks, schedules, milestones, and risks
Monitoring, forecasting, and managing project budgets
Conducting stakeholder interviews, developing user stories, and refining requirements
Facilitating communication across clients, internal teams, and external resources
Organizing and leading meetings, reviews, workshops
Writing and distributing key communications (meeting agendas, notes, status updates, daily comms)
Using and improving the systems and tools we rely on for project management
Weekly reporting on project status, resource allocation, and risks
Your role is absolutely integral to the success of the company and our projects. You’ll work within a set team of content strategists, designers, and developers, so you get to know and understand your teammates and clients as you complete projects together over time.

Required Skills
To be considered for the position, here’s what you’ll have:
3+ years as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Account Manager, Project Lead, Project Coordinator or in a related role, in an agency or agile setting
strong written skills
strong verbal communication and people skills
strong critical thinking skills
outstanding organizational skills
great problem-solving skills
comfort with Mac OSX as well as with general web technologies/software
experience managing projects and/or multiple people
ability to plan ahead and foresee challenges
applicable project work. Please provide us with a short summary explaining 2-3 projects you worked on and your role on those projects.
Agile Certified Practitioner or Scrum Master Certification considered an asset
