What you can expect to do here:
Focus on overall project delivery, client management, and team leadership for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects – greenfield, infill and beyond
Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects
Mentor and develop project teams
Support client communications, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships and maintain project documentation
Track project budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Help manage the approvals process with municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
Contribute to proposals, business development activities and strategic growth initiatives
Support quality control and risk management efforts

Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
What you’ll bring:
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Deep understanding of Ontario’s land development approvals process
Proficiency in project management software is an asset
P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility)
PMP certification is an asset
Valid Ontario driver’s license preferred
6+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, with some exposure to project management
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Strong network within the land development industry
