What you can expect to do here:
Focus on overall project delivery, client management, and team leadership for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects – greenfield, infill and beyond
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Drive business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
Manage risk, quality, and project performance metrics
Guide teams through the approvals process with stakeholders, municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of excellence

What you’ll bring:
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Deep understanding of Ontario’s land development approvals process
Proficiency in project management software is an asset
P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility)
PMP certification is an asset
Valid Ontario driver’s license preferred
10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, with 2+ years in a project management role
Well-developed network within the land development industry
