Job Title: Infrastructure Sales Representative

Overview: Drive infrastructure business development across Eastern Ontario
(Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville) focused on water, wastewater, liner applications,
and piping infrastructure for large-scale projects. Build relationships with
consultants, owners, contractors, and support local Victaulic distributors
across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop value-added proposals and presentations highlighting cost savings
through Victaulic solutions
- Establish and maintain qualified project pipeline for water/wastewater
infrastructure opportunities
- Build strategic account plans for key owners and industrial contractors
- Coordinate with Regional Managers and Infrastructure market team
- Maintain updated project databases and submit regular territory reports
- Provide technical training to office and field personnel
- Classify customers based on project potential and develop targeted account
strategies
Qualifications:
- College or university degree preferred
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in water/wastewater construction
markets
- Strong understanding of value-based selling methodology
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable with travel (25%) for territory coverage
- Professional demeanor with consultants, contractors, and municipal clients
Salary: $75 – 90k (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
