✅ What You’ll Do
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Build dashboards, slides, and reports that help practices and Meroka leadership understand financial performance
Revenue Cycle and Margin Insight: Analyze payer mix, reimbursement, and cost drivers to identify inefficiencies and revenue opportunities
Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Build and maintain monthly budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses across revenue, payer mix, headcount, operating costs, and cash flow, and run scenarios to guide decisions with practice leaders
Cross Functional Support: Deliver timely, tailored insights to operations, enablement, and leadership to support decision making
Product Super User and Feedback Loop: Become an expert in Meroka’s internal product stack, relaying performance and improvement ideas from daily use
Executive Ready Storytelling: Create slide decks and visual materials that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and partners
Proactive Insight Generation: Go beyond raw data to generate recommendations and surface insights that drive meaningful action
🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who…
Has at least 2 years of experience in finance, FP&A, consulting, healthcare analytics, or a related field
Produces clean, actionable data stakeholders can trust and use
Creates polished, executive ready slides that highlight insights, not just metrics
Collaborates across teams to support timely and tailored decisions
Understands financial flows in healthcare or is eager to learn quickly
Engages deeply with Meroka’s product and shares feedback to improve it
Filters noise and focuses on what moves the needle most

🌍 Additional Notes
This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
