✅ What You’ll Do
Submit claims promptly and manage denials or appeals to maximize clean collections
Review and improve coding accuracy in collaboration with providers and internal documentation teams
Identify reimbursement gaps and implement process improvements to increase collections
Track and report key revenue cycle metrics, flagging risks or opportunities for operations teams and product development
Serve as a bridge between practices and Meroka’s product team, surfacing recurring billing challenges that should be addressed in our platform
Ensure billing activities comply with payer guidelines, healthcare regulations, and documentation standards
Partner with practice teams to answer billing questions and unblock workflows quickly

🌍 Additional Notes
This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
