The Change Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the Change Manager in developing and executing change management strategies across various projects within the organization. This role focuses on supporting the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technologies, and organizational structures. The Change Management Specialist will work closely with the Change Manager, project teams and stakeholders to oversee the execution of change management plans to ensure smooth adoption and lasting change. Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy Planning and Support Support the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for multiple projects. Contribute to the development of change management frameworks (tools, methodologies, guiding principles) Collaborate with the PMO/Project Managers to ensure change management strategies are integrated throughout the project management process Provide weekly status reports for your work streams, identifying risks and dependencies Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to complete needs analysis and tailor change solutions accordingly. Communication Planning and Support Support the development and execution of communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. Create clear, concise messaging to support understanding and alignment and to ensure adoption of new ways of working. Training and Development Support the development and execution of training plans that empower stakeholders to adapt to new processes or systems. Collaborate with training specialists or external vendors to implement effective learning programs. Impact Analysis, risk assessments and Monitoring Perform change impact assessment/analysis, identify potential barriers to successful change and provide recommendations to mitigate risks Measure change adoption and track progress against identified objectives. Continuous Improvement Gather feedback to improve change management practices continuously. Ensure lessons learned are documented and incorporated into future change projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in change management, ideally within a similar industry or in a consulting firm Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing successful change initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical skills for assessing change readiness, impact, and success metrics. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and mitigate resistance to change. Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) Bilingual (English & French) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Change Management in a PMO or large-scale project environment. Previous project management experience is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) are a plus. What we offer: Competitive compensation package.
