What You’ll Do:
- Drive membership sales through relationship-building, follow-up, and
strategic outreach
- Own the lead funnel: nurture and convert leads (no cold calling, ever!)
- Deliver exceptional first impressions to every visitor and prospective member
- Learn and present the Orangetheory Fitness concept with confidence and
clarity
- Work alongside coaches to guide new members through their first class
experience
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment
