- Proactively spot areas where clinics may be stuck, overwhelmed, or

processes
- Contribute to the long-term development of our enablement playbooks and
tools—this is a building role, not a plug-and-play job
- Build trust, momentum, and ownership within our practices—ensuring they feel
deeply supported and set up for success
- Eventually, mentor and grow a team to scale your work across more practices
🧠 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO…

implementation or a related cross-functional role where empathy and execution
mattered equally
- Has worked in (or closely with) healthcare settings and understands the
complexity and humanity of clinical operations
- Loves being the connective tissue between teams and thrives in ambiguity
- Is great at spotting patterns, diagnosing bottlenecks, and designing
workflows
- Writes clearly, thinks visually, and can move from idea to execution quickly
- Can confidently manage multiple clinics in different phases of enablement
without dropping balls
- Knows how to use AI tools as leverage—not shortcuts
- Can thrive in a hybrid rhythm (3–4 days/week in-person in Montreal)
