Role & Responsibilities
This is an intermediate-level role at Dreww for someone with strong business instincts, a passion for modern-day marketing, proven experience in B2B high-ticket sales, and a genuine interest in B2B growth marketing. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing (which is currently occupied by our CEO Andrew Johnson) and take full ownership of Dreww’s inbound lead pipeline. You will be responsible for leading discovery calls with potential clients, building proposals, closing new mandates, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our operations team for execution.
You will also contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of the internal systems and processes that support our new revenue growth. This includes helping to generate new qualified leads, improving how we use and manage our Hubspot CRM, and identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance our sales process. While your primary focus will be on managing and converting inbound opportunities, you may also play an active role in supporting Dreww’s outbound sales efforts.
This role is best suited for someone who is commercially minded, proactive, highly organized, extremely hard-working, and eager to grow within a fast-moving, performance-driven agency environment.
In the role of Business Development & B2B Growth, you will:
Lead initial discovery calls with inbound leads to qualify prospects and understand their business needs, goals, and challenges
Build tailored proposals based on discovery insights, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define scope, budget, and timelines
Own the follow-up process with prospects, maintaining momentum and addressing objections through to close
Secure signed agreements and ensure a structured handoff to the operations team with clear documentation of expectations and next steps
Contribute to the development and execution of outbound initiatives by researching and identifying high-potential prospects and supporting outreach campaigns
Help improve and maintain Dreww’s Hubspot CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and automated workflows
Monitor and optimize the internal sales process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to increase conversion and deal velocity
Support the creation and refinement of messaging for outreach emails, sales collateral, and lead nurturing content
Actively contribute to the creation of both short-form and long-form video content used in Dreww’s lead generation strategy by collaborating with the marketing and creative teams on scripting, filming, and on-camera participation when needed
Track pipeline performance, report on key metrics, and contribute to weekly sales reviews with insights and recommendations
Keep proposal templates, sales documentation, and internal systems organized and up to date
Build and leverage your personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to support Dreww’s sales efforts by sharing insights, content, and behind-the-scenes moments that position you and the company as trusted experts in the space
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital services environment
Proven ability to lead sales conversations from first meeting to signed agreement, with a strong understanding of how to uncover client needs and position solutions effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Strong understanding of content marketing fundamentals, lead generation, and the digital sales funnel
Comfortable building proposals, defining scopes of work, and discussing pricing and value with potential clients
Experience using a CRM platform (preferably HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track follow-ups, and maintain clean records
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals at once
Comfortable being on camera and contributing to video content for sales and marketing initiatives
Active or willing to become active on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to support your personal brand and Dreww’s growth
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a bias for action
Eager to learn and improve, with the humility to take feedback and the discipline to grow within a fast-paced, high-performance culture
