As the Supply Chain Climate Lead, you’ll help drive our global decarbonization
strategy withing Supply Chain. You’ll work hands-on with our Supply Chain teams
and external partners to reduce Scope 3 emissions and turn our climate goals
into measurable impact. This is a unique opportunity to join a company keen to

This role is based in North Vancouver and open to hybrid work. Candidates must
be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
Our small but passionate Climate team is part of the broader Supply Chain
organization. We collaborate across departments and with partners at Arc'teryx
and Amer Sports to deliver meaningful progress on emissions reductions.

If you were in the Supply Chain Climate Lead role now, here are some of the core
activities you would be doing:
- Leading cross-functional teams both within and outside of Arc’teryx to drive
decarbonization projects
- Analyzing data from multiple sources and drawing out insights to develop
targets and scale programs
- Co-developing leading decarbonization projects and operations that go beyond
industry norms, working with a network of global organizations (e.g., SBTi,
Aii, FICCA) to shape industry-wide solutions
- Working with Finished Goods and Raw Materials Sourcing teams to continuously
improve supplier climate expectations and support
- Providing hands-on guidance to key suppliers in collaboration with Sourcing
teams
- Partnering with industry peers and finance groups to explore shared tools,
clean energy investments, and renewable energy procurement
- Collaborating with Merchandizing and Logistics and Operations teams to
identify low-carbon solutions
- Supporting implementation of lower-emission distribution and transportation
strategies (e.g. modal shifts, EVs, route optimization)
- Building climate literacy and alignment across our Supply Chain teams
- Exploring emerging technologies and partnerships and investment opportunities
- Supporting change management and transparency—internally and externally
- Creating tools, training, and content to build capacity and inspire climate
action across our supply chain

opportunities
Are you our next Supply Chain Climate Lead?
- You have 5+ years of experience in sustainability, supply chain
decarbonization, or renewable energy programs — or an equivalent combination
of education and experience
- You have experience in the apparel or consumer goods industry with an
understanding of the commercialization process for an apparel company
- You have a strong understanding of supplier engagement, logistics
decarbonization, and Scope 3 emissions
- You have experience developing or scaling new programs—especially where there
isn’t a clear blueprint
- You are a builder that thrives in ambiguity and has experience developing new
programs and processes where there is no blueprint.
- You are passionate about doing business differently
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, building relationships
both internally and externally.
- You have strategic thinking skills and the ability to connect long-term
vision with practical action
- You have strong communication and project management skills, and comfort
working across diverse teams and external partners

$94,000 - $117,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD $94,000 - CAD $117,000 at the time
of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such
as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not
include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
