About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher/Detailer to join our collision repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for the final finishing and quality control on vehicles after repairs are completed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing work on repaired vehicles to ensure a flawless appearance
Detail both interior and exterior of vehicles prior to customer delivery
Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address any required corrections
Complete vehicle scans prior to production and final delivery
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and vehicle condition during prewash and final wash
Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
Qualifications
Previous experience in auto body polishing, detailing, or collision repair finishing preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
Familiarity with polishing equipment, detailing products, and vehicle scan tools (training provided if required)
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean driving record
