Job Summary The Business Process Owner (BPO) Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the optimization, and integration of business processes related to operational data. This role serves as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization. Principal Responsibilities Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and quality Supervise team of Operational Business Data Analysts Monitor data workflows and process blockers, solve process-related issues & adjust corresponding data as needed Work with the Data Governance team to establish practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations Help to define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and procedures Own manufacturing data standards and definitions Action and drive completion within the business of data quality controls and standards Handle the remediation of data audits and validations Act as the main point of contact for manufacturing teams to ensure alignment Collaborate with Data Governance, IT BPEs, data analysts, and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals Collaborate with other business teams cross-functionally to drive process improvements and solve blockers Deliver training and support on data processes to end users Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field Certification in Lean six sigma is an asset 5+ years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment 3+ years of experience managing a team Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Consistent track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives Project management experience is highly desirable Excellent communication & problem-solving skills, with strong business sense Ability to influence, guide, and support others to achieve goals and drive initiatives forward IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
