Connect fast – In person, on the phone, over text, and online. Be quick to respond and ready to help
Keep the volume high – Prospect new business, make daily follow-ups, and re-engage past clients
Show and tell – Highlight the right features and options so customers feel how easy it is to drive home in a Hyundai
Lead with confidence – Guide test drives and the buying process in a way that’s clear, simple, and stress-free
Follow through – Stay in touch and build lasting relationships for repeat and referral business
Stay on target – Manage your pipeline and hit your goals with urgency and consistency
