DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL / PERSONAL ATTENDANT

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communitiesāempowering them to reach their goals, make choices, and live with dignity.
š WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Your responsibilities will vary based on the individualās needs but may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living skills like cleaning, cooking, and budgeting.

Encouraging independence, hobbies, and social activities.

Helping people access and participate in community events.

Providing personal care (such as hygiene or bathing), lifting/transferring, or medication support if needed.

Following care plans and documenting progress.

Maintaining a warm, respectful, and professional presence.

WHAT WEāRE LOOKING FOR:

Weekend availability is highly desirable!

Valid driverās license (if applicable for the shift).

CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (we can help with training).
