Cummins is looking for a Customer Representative to complete our Customer Center team in Canada.
This position provides routine support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers, seeking information through various mediums, under limited supervision
In this role, you will have the following impacts:
Document customer request information in the appropriate Cummins systems.
Provide prompt assistance to customers using various means of communication.
Multi-skill/multi-channel support (chat/email/phone).
Solve common customer problems with a basic understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
Escalates unusual issues by providing documentation throughout the process.
Understand new and existing Cummins processes, systems and practices.
Make suggestions on how existing processes can be more efficient or customer-oriented.
