JOB SUMMARY
As a Storeroom Attendant, you will work behind the scenes to support our mountain operations, food and beverage services, and guest experience teams. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with deliveries, and keeping the storeroom area clean and well-organized.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for receiving goods, matching product with orders, inspecting product to ensure condition, ensuring proper storage of products
Store goods appropriately, follow “First In, First Out” rotation of goods according to Food Safe practices
Monitor departmental transfers of stock
Check freshness of all perishable products, communicate any out of stock or shorted product
Check daily temperatures of coolers and freezers
Sweep and mop floors and walk-in fridges
Communicate any failure or malfunction of Storeroom equipment to the Supervisor
Assist the monthly inventory count as needed
Perform all other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports directly to the Provisions Master, no direct supervisory responsibilities are given.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES
Some shipping/receiving or storeroom experience preferred
Completion of secondary school (grade 12) at the start of employment required
Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs
Must be personable, friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills
High energy and strong work ethic
WORKING CONDITIONS
Hours of Operation are weather dependant. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$18.86 to $22.06/hour
