Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The role is responsible for execution of all reconciliation and attestation related activities for an assigned portfolio. The position will provide ownership of assigned processes and related documentation as well as provide vendor oversight for process execution. This position will execute daily quality assurance routines to ensure high quality process delivery and drive process efficiencies across assigned reconciliations. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Ensure adherence to Enterprise General Ledger Attestation Policy, SLAs and GRS operational controls Provide superior client experience and strengthen relationships and collaboration with business partners, vendors and external parties Develop and implement routines to ensure the delivery of high quality service to Service Partners, including proactive issue identification and resolution and achievement of SLAs Proactively seek to contribute to an environment of continuous improvement by identifying, recommending and implementing efficiency/process improvements Identify, escalate, track and work to resolve issues/conflicts, reporting to others as appropriate Act as a subject matter expert and assist the Onboarding team when new work is being onboarded to Global Reconciliation Services Assist offshore partners and SROs in reconciliation process challenges and follow up notification to business partners Ensure all required reporting is completed in a timely and efficient manner Ensure appropriate supporting documentation is reviewed and is accurate for any reconciliation or posting activity Responsible for SOP review and improvements on a regular basis Cross train in multiple processes to ensure there is quality support and backup/coverage at all times WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: University degree, accounting designation preferred or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in General Ledger reconciliation processing Understanding of Enterprise and FSS applications related to GL Reconciliation Activities Solid knowledge of all Regulatory and Compliance rules as follows Internal Audit reviews SOX Enterprise GL Attestation policy Nice-to-have: Sense of urgency, agile, adaptable and resilient to handle multiple situations (4) An innovative thinker who is proactive and well organized with attention to detail (1) Strong communication and client/partner service skills (2) Change management minded WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
