Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Line Cook to join our team. You’ll be key to delivering high-quality, consistent dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. If you’re passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and want to grow your craft, this role is for you.
The Day to Day:
Execute prep and service with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service
Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and food safety standards
Support mise en place and daily prep to ensure smooth service
Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates to keep the line running smoothly
Manage inventory using FIFO practices and minimize waste
Properly receive, label, and store deliveries
Contribute to end-of-shift cleaning and uphold kitchen standards
Qualifications
1-2 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
Able to spend 100% of the time standing
Valid Food Handler Certified preferred
Available weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
