Essential functions

Obtains, compiles, and records patient medical data, health history, progress notes, and results of the examination
Instructs and counsels patients about the prescribed therapeutic regimens

Physical demands
Must be able to lift at least 50+ lbs.
Frequently on your feet standing and walking
Travel required
Noblesville (very occasionally)
Preferred education and experience
Valid NP/PA provider license with state of Indiana
NextGen experience helpful but not required
Spine care experience a plus but not required
Other duties
APP will work with 2 physicians in clinic setting only - one PM&R and one interventional pain. APP will see post ops, follow ups, in office injections, etc.
Experience with spine conditions and treatment a plus but not required.
