Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Artificial Intelligence and
Infrastructure is responsible for the strategy, development, and deployment of
artificial intelligence technologies integrated into the products developed for
our clients. As a strategic leader, you will ensure that AI initiatives are
aligned with clients’ business objectives and that value is created from their
data. You will also be responsible for driving these same objectives within the
organization to improve our own operational efficiency.

As Vice President, Artificial Intelligence & Infrastructure at Spiria, you will
have to:
- Develop and lead the overall artificial intelligence strategy in close
collaboration with the executive team.
- Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and optimization
through AI across the organization’s business units as well as in the
solutions developed for our clients.
- Establish an AI governance framework.
- Define and monitor performance indicators associated with AI projects.
- Manage budgets, technology partnerships, and relationships with external
vendors.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, client solutions, marketing, finance, sales,
and CT teams to integrate AI into business processes.
- Conduct ongoing technology watch on AI trends.
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the company’s technology.
infrastructure to ensure smooth operations while meeting required security
standards such as SOC2.
- Comfortable operating at a strategic planning level, while also willing to be
hands-on to support technical teams.
- Represent the company at forums, conferences, and think tanks on artificial
intelligence.
Keys to your success:
- University degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, mathematics,
software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in technology, with a strong
background in artificial intelligence and data management.
- Solid knowledge of networking and Amazon/Azure cloud services.
- Proven track record in ideating and deploying artificial intelligence
solutions.
- Experience managing technical teams and organizational change.
- Fully bilingual (English/French)*
