The Gear Centre Group, a leading provider of powertrain parts and service for the automotive, heavy truck and off highway equipment industries, is currently seeking a Warehouse Person for our West Edmonton location.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating all shipping and receiving of products
Recording and properly storing product received into inventory
Occasional deliveries using a company half-ton truck may be required
Experience:
1-3 years of previous warehouse experience is required
Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn other software programs as required
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of all orders
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Ability to safely operate forklift and pallet jack
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability, self-initiative and the ability to multitask
Exceptional customer service skills
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driver’s abstract
Valid forklift certification is considered an asset
