We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about promoting safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
As a Team Lead, you’ll guide a team of warehouse associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Shift: Monday - Friday : 9:30am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support warehouse employees to achieve daily operational goals.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance, ensuring targets are met.

Collaborate with employees on the floor to maintain efficient workflows.

Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.

Review and analyze reports on safety, productivity, and backlog to identify improvement opportunities.

Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.

Perform other duties as required to support departmental or organizational objectives.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to remain productive and calm under pressure while supporting others through change.

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership over work and outcomes.

Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
