Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician for a 2-month
contract role. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (French/English) and
capable of working onsite daily. In this role, you will provide technical
support and customer service, assisting with various IT needs related to Windows
11, Apple iOS devices, Intune, PC hardware/software, and ticket management
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to airport staff and users,
troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 11
systems and Apple iOS devices.
- Manage mobile device configurations and policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Perform hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, and replacements as
needed.
- Resolve and manage tickets in the IT helpdesk system, ensuring timely
responses and resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and
approachable demeanor.
- Assist with routine IT tasks and ensure all systems are functioning properly
for day-to-day airport operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to work onsite daily at Montreal Airport.
- Proficient experience with Windows 11 and Apple iOS systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
- Strong understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an airport or similar high-demand environment.
- IT certification (CompTIA, A+, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
