We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator at our Edmonton corporate location.

What You’ll Do:
Be the critical hub that ensures accurate and timely reporting on all deposit entries and customer accounts.
Execute the rapid and precise processing of cash receipts, journal entries, adjustments, and vital sales summaries.
Act as the financial liaison for cross-departmental teams, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to provide clear, timely insights and resolution on account queries.
Elevate data integrity with electronic filing of data entry and credit files, building a robust and instantly accessible financial archive.
Strategically contribute to business stability by ensuring the punctual preparation of sales summaries and supporting the timely payment of customer accounts.
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of one year in a dedicated accounting or financial administration role, coupled with a solid foundation in basic accounting principles.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its advanced features to streamline reconciliations and analysis.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with employees across all business levels.
