We are seeking a strategic and creative Change Enablement Manager to support our Canada COO and the broader Canada Operations team. This role will be responsible for building and driving integrated change enablement strategies that support the visibility, engagement, and business goals of Canadian Operations. You will lead the development of a strategic change enablement roadmap, craft compelling narratives, and orchestrate high-impact internal events that bring our strategy and culture to life. Position Responsibilities: Strategic Change Enablement Develop and implement a comprehensive internal change enablement strategy aligned with Canada Operations priorities. Translate sophisticated business strategies and programs into clear, inspiring narratives that resonate with diverse internal audiences. Support the planning, development, and deployment of communications that facilitate strategy execution and change management. Executive Support Partner closely with the Canada COO to shape and deliver key messages, presentations, and change artifacts. Provide strategic counsel on change opportunities and risks. Event Planning & Execution Lead the planning and execution of quarterly Canada Operations Townhalls, Director+ forums, and other internal events such as offsites. Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging formats and experiences that foster connection and clarity. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across the Segment to gather insights and share relevant information. Serve as a trusted liaison between Canada Operations and internal communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in change enablement, corporate communications, or related fields. Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that include both quantitative and qualitative data while simplifying complex information. Experience across multiple communications disciplines (e.g., change enablement, strategic communication, transformation messaging, engagement, people and culture, brand, issues management, storytelling). Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and work within a global matrix structure. Self-starter with a proactive approach, creative thinking, and openness to innovation. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Professionalism in handling confidential information. A collaborative team player who is flexible and willing to support broader team initiatives.
