We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Enterprise & Government Network Voice Coordinators to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HPBX phone systems and network connections. You’ll work closely with end users, internal teams, and customer IT departments to ensure seamless voice service delivery and support.
Responsibilities:
Place and configure HPBX phones and voice features.
Conduct site audits pre-sale or pre-install to assess voice service requirements.
Resolve connectivity issues between phones, jacks, patch panels, and Eastlink equipment.
Ensure phones receive proper POE and VLAN credentials.
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Collaborate with customer IT/helpdesk teams for smooth installations and repairs.
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations for repair and outage support.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of LAN networks, POE, patch panels, and cabling.
Knowledge of telephony features and call routing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to document network configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Flexibility to respond to emergencies or workload fluctuations outside regular hours.
Valid driver’s license required.
