As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include customer service, order coordination, logistics follow-up, and sales support in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position working closely with the internal manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams. You’ll be trained directly by a senior team member, gaining valuable industry and product knowledge along the way. This position offers a base salary of $65,000 along with other perks.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
Toronto, ON (On-site – Etobicoke Area)
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Order Coordination experience within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Proficient with Excel and ERP systems
Experience with cross-border or international shipping and customs documentation
Familiarity with collections and customer payment processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding orders, quotes, and product inquiries
Enter and manage customer orders from start to shipment
Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Maintain accurate customer records and update pricing spreadsheets and ERP data
Provide product recommendations and identify upselling opportunities
Support the sales team with quotations, product information, and technical requests
Assist with collections follow-ups and payment coordination as needed
