Job Description: In this role you would have a direct impact on delivering an efficient and positive experience for the regional team by assisting them with the timely planning & follow-up on events. You would also drive improvements of the coordination of advisor outreach initiatives and events by sharing feedback with other Sales & Marketing Coordinators regarding best practices and process improvements. What will you do? In this role we’ll provide you with what you need to help us succeed by doing the following: •Use Salesforce and Excel to produce regular and scheduled reports on sales, activities and opportunities. Salesforce will also be leveraged to upload attendee details for business partner events, support the distribution arrangement of marketing and sales support materials. •Working in conjunction with the regional sales team, make appropriate arrangements for advisor-facing events, including reserving venues/locations, transportation, support materials, catering and recognition gifts. •Maintain records of a highly confidential nature. •Support the region with sales and marketing initiatives such as quarterly regional campaigns. This could include Powerpoint, approval of social media materials, newsletter templates etc. What do you need to succeed? •Drive to succeed by taking initiative and and providing excellent service to clients and partners • Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce) •Effectively apply organizational skills to plan events, support sales initiatives, track various sales activities and generate reports. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in external communications with clients and independant advisors in both English and French. •experience in an administrative or similar role •Post-secondary education •Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines •Ability to use Microsoft Office skills in order to write documents, create reports and review presentations through Power Point and Excel •Capable of using technologies such as Zoom, WebEx an asset •Capable of responsibly handling sensitive and confidential information •Basic knowledge of life and health insurance products •Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide. •Knowledge of administrative procedures for life and health insurance products What's in it for you?
