Your Role
Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales, the Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Inside Sales Team. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations by keeping information accurate, coordinating logistics, and supporting product demonstrations. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization, contributing to the efficiency of the sales function and the broader team.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Respond to customer, partner, and team queries, directing them to the right representative
Coordinate with Logistics on shipping requests and product demonstration inventory
Monitor voicemail and inbox for the Inside Sales team and route messages appropriately
Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Google Suite
Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when needed
Create and track JIRA tickets for system issues and follow up as required
Manage product stock for trials, including shipping, scheduling demos, and coordinating returns
Your Experience So Far:
Two or more years of relevant administrative experience, or equivalent education or training
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA is an asset
Strong communication skills for sharing information across customers, colleagues, and departments
Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of customer service, record keeping, and order processing practices
Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and prioritize effectively
Location and Compensation:
This is a hybrid role, so we can only consider candidates based within a commutable distance of our Vancouver, BC office. The salary range for this position is between $56,400 and $62,000.
