Who you are:
Must be enrolled in a co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Alberta university.
Have excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely, using appropriate professional vocabulary.

Support the HR Operational team in the following areas.
Development of job postings
Resume screening, shortlist and prescreen applicants
Schedule interviews
Complete reference and security checks
Draft offer letters
Initiate organizational changes/people moves within ATCO’s human capital management system
Generate and analyze reports
Data clean-up to ensure system reflect more up to date data
Update and maintain SharePoint site
Craft monthly leadership updates (via PowerPoint)
Manage ad-hoc requests and projects
Required Skills:
Strong analytical abilities

Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Working towards an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Management, Commerce, Business, Communications, or related discipline
