JOB TITLE: SNOW REMOVAL SITE SUPERVISOR
Position Overview:
The Snow Removal Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing snow and ice management operations at assigned properties. This role ensures that crews perform safe, efficient, and high-quality snow removal services. The Site Supervisor serves as the main point of contact for crew members and reports directly to the Operations Manager or Snow Removal Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 
Supervise snow removal crews on assigned sites during snow and ice events. 
- 
Coordinate and delegate tasks such as plowing, shoveling, salting, and de-icing. 
- 
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards. 
- 
Monitor weather conditions and site requirements before, during, and after events. 
- 
Conduct site inspections to confirm completion of work and identify follow-up needs. 
- 
Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and crew members. 
- 
Report site conditions, incidents, equipment issues, and supply needs promptly. 
- 
Train and guide crew members on safe and effective snow removal techniques. 
- 
Ensure proper use and care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment. 
- 
Assist with record-keeping, including shift reports, time logs, and salt usage. 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 
Previous experience in snow removal operations (plowing, salting, shoveling). 
- 
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. 
- 
Strong communication and organizational skills. 
- 
Ability to work long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
- 
Knowledge of snow removal equipment and materials. 
- 
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
- 
Physically fit and able to work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions. 
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- 
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (snowstorms, freezing temperatures). 
- 
Extended hours during snow and ice events. 
- 
Fast-paced environment requiring quick decisions and leadership.
