Job Title: Civil Engineering Student
Reports To: Project Superintendent
The Civil Engineering Student at Ballina Contracting will directly contribute to significant projects, enhancing their skills in project management, quality control, and site operations, within a culture that values safety, innovation, and professional growth.
Responsibilities:

Assist with various tasks related to civil construction projects, including project coordination and scheduling.
Conduct quality control assessments and inspections.
Compile reports and assist with crew supervision under the guidance of the Project Superintendent.
Assist with site surveying and quantity estimations.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or completed a civil engineering degree or diploma program.
Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Physical capability to handle demanding fieldwork, including walking on uneven terrain, density testing, and carrying up to 20 kilograms.
Please note that this position works night shifts.
