The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Civil Engineering student who is currently enrolled in or has completed a civil engineering degree or diploma to complete a co-op or work term with our team.
As a Civil Student, you will directly contribute to significant projects, enhancing your skills in project management, quality control, and site operations, within a culture that values safety, innovation, and professional growth. You’ll work closely with field teams and leadership to keep projects running smoothly and safely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.
This role is based out of the Fraser Valley, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects. Your assigned shift may vary based on operational needs. You may be scheduled for day or night shifts, and flexibility in availability is required. We will provide reasonable notice of changes where practicable. Your Key Responsibilities
Assist with various tasks related to civil construction projects, including project coordination and scheduling.
Conduct quality control assessments and inspections.
Compile reports and assist with crew supervision under the guidance of the Project Superintendent.
Assist with site surveying and quantity estimations.
Perform other labour duties assigned by management.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Currently enrolled in or completed a civil engineering degree or diploma program.
Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Open and flexible to work day and/or night shifts.
Strong work ethic and effective teamwork capabilities.
Problem-solving abilities and clear, effective communication skills.
Enjoyment of outdoor work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Eagerness to learn, contribute, and tackle new challenges.
Willingness to travel within the province for project work.
Physical capability to handle demanding fieldwork, including walking on uneven terrain, density testing, and carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Competitive hourly wage: $23.00–$26.00 per hour.
