Operational Oversight Oversee all functional areas — Operations, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Professional Services, Customer Care, and Customer Success — ensuring alignment with company goals. Champion excellence in service delivery, product quality, and customer engagement. Ensure financial performance meets or exceeds business plan objectives through disciplined planning and cost management. Client-Centric Growth Lead with a “Client First” mindset, driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Leverage client insights to inform strategy, enhance services, and identify new market opportunities. Oversee development of payments and digital transaction capabilities, reinforcing Jonas’ position as a trusted leader in technology and financial innovation. Financial Acumen: Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred). Travel: Willingness to travel to Jonas and client locations as required.
